Delivery Times

Below are the estimated times for merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. Each piece of apparel will be pulled and custom-embroidered upon placement of your order.

 

'Business days' are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Standard Delivery Times: 10-14 business days for delivery

 

Shipping Costs

Free shipping only on orders exceeding $120.

 

Shipping costs are determined by the merchandise total of your order.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail or Standard Shipping.

 

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

• You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances
• Your shipping charge (if applicable) will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

 

Please note: There are no expedited shipping options at this time.  

 

Cancellation

We aim to keep the delivery time optimal. So once you place your order online, it is processed immediately and the production process is initiated instantly, so canceling the order is generally not possible after the transaction is completed.
